Payback Policy:-

By registering your profile through any of our domains or by the remittance of fees you become a member of NRI Bureau

Members are  eligible for the refund, if:

• Will refund 50% of the paid amount if applied for within 48 hours of taking Membership.
• Upload at least one photo.
• Your relationship manager fails to provide atleast 2 profiles within 48 hours of paying the membership fee.
• Once the members availed response from The NRI Marriage Bureau service department, there will be no payback for received  remittance.
• *Money back guarantee is not available for Diamond Membership or self service, as we don’t guarantee if the client can follow particular search protocols & understand the technicality of search measures or captivating follow-ups.
• Superior members cannot request for refund under any circumstances , if you have  communicated with other profiles by any means. 

Since NRI Bureau allows members to communicate with other members This policy while providing value for money to members also ensures satisfaction criteria for the members.
